We are happy to see any patients either in-network or out-of-network with their insurance. Self-pay patients are welcome. Co-payments are due at time of service.
Please check with your insurance company for coverage as all insurance plans change frequently. We do not participate with Medicaid or any HMO plans. In general, Dr. DeAngelis is in network with Aetna, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Multiplan and Dr. Currey participates with Aetna, Cigna, United, Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
